These Terms and Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Slovenia and apply to all users of the website.
The website is operated by Iztok Grilc s.p., Nasipi 7, 1420 Trbovlje, Slovenia (hereinafter referred to as “the Provider”).
By purchasing products or using the website, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions and confirms that they have read and agree with them.
1. Orders
Both individuals and legal entities may purchase products and services through stinovtujino.com.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card.
All purchases of mentoring programs, audio programs, courses, workshops, and individual consulting services are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated for a specific product.
Users and participants of educational programs, consulting services, and mentoring programs are solely responsible for their own results and success. The Provider does not guarantee any specific outcomes.
The Provider reserves the right to dispatch physical products within four business days via Slovenian Post or later if temporarily absent (e.g., due to vacation).
2. Purchase Security
All information submitted by users through contact forms is treated confidentially.
3. Availability of Information
The Provider undertakes to make the following information available to users at all times:
- company information (business name, registered office, tax number, registration number, and registration details),
- contact information for fast and effective communication,
- essential characteristics of goods and services,
- prices of goods and services, including taxes and other charges,
- information regarding the consumer’s right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with consumer protection legislation,
- payment methods, delivery methods, and delivery deadlines,

4. Payment

Bank Transfer
The user makes payment to the Provider’s business bank account and receives an invoice after payment is completed.
Pro Forma Invoice
Payment by bank transfer may be made based on a pro forma invoice. Users are encouraged to notify the Provider once payment has been completed by email at info@stinovtujino.com.
If payment is not received within 14 days, the order will be cancelled.
Credit Card Payment
When paying by credit card, the user selects the preferred card and completes the payment process accordingly.
5. Prices and Products
The prices valid at the time of order confirmation shall apply.
Prices may be changed without prior notice.
Shipping costs are not included in product prices unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The Provider reserves the right to change product offerings and prices. Promotional offers are valid only for the period specified with each offer.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
All purchases are final.
Returns and refunds for audio programs are not possible because the content can be downloaded immediately after purchase.
Courses and workshops are non-refundable.
If a customer does not use purchased lessons or attend a course or workshop, unused hours expire after one year.
If a participant cannot attend a group workshop or course, a recording will be provided.
If a customer decides to discontinue participation in a course, unused lesson hours may be exchanged for access to digital audio programs and digital posters of their choice. No monetary refund will be provided.
8. Personal Data Protection
By making a purchase or submitting forms on the website, the user authorizes Iztok Grilc s.p. to collect, process, and use personal data in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation.
