My morning routine (to increase self-worth and get you ready for success!)

First, I journal down everything that comes to my mind. This is called stream of consciousness. This way, I get rid of head trash that is stopping me from going to the next level.

Second, I list everything I am thankful for. You can prepare a template you use daily starting with »Today, I am thankful for …«. List at list 5-10 things you are thankful for. This way, I prevent myself from letting negative thought in my head and set myself up for success.

Third, I read empowering statements & inspiring beliefs, such us »Generating money is easy and fun. 10 of my ideal clients have signed up for my program. I can do anything I can.«
Of course, you can (and should) write your own list.

And last but not least, I do a quick meditation visualizing my next big bold goal or simply just meditate. practicing mindfulness on a daily basis has given me incredible results. Have you tried it yet?
